Quality is built into the route, not added at the end

Six connected checks create a clearer record from incoming material to release inspection.

  1. Incoming packaging material inspection

    Incoming Material Verification

Material weight, coating, condition and available documentation are reviewed before production begins.

  2. Printed packaging colour and alignment inspection

    Printing Accuracy

Colour, alignment and ink adhesion are checked against approved artwork and production references.

  3. Packaging dimension and forming inspection

    Dimension & Forming Check

Dimensions, folds and sealing areas are measured to reduce leakage, deformation and assembly variation.

  4. Packaging physical performance testing

    Physical Performance Test

Relevant structures are assessed for resistance to oil, moisture, temperature and handling conditions.

  5. Finished food packaging review in the quality laboratory

    Finished Product Review

Appearance, cleanliness, count and packing integrity are checked before the order enters release review.

  6. Final random inspection before shipment

    AQL Release Inspection

Random samples are reviewed for visible defects, packaging integrity and correct shipment details before dispatch.
