We work with brand owners, distributors, agencies, and custom packaging clients worldwide. We expect all products, designs, logos, artwork, and other materials submitted for customization to be lawfully owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized.

Where appropriate, we may request supporting documentation or authorization, particularly when submitted materials contain recognizable third-party trademarks, copyrighted artwork, patented designs, or other protected elements.

2. Client-Submitted Materials

As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, we generally manufacture products according to the specifications, artwork, logos, and instructions provided by our clients.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licences, permissions, and authorizations to use and reproduce the materials submitted to us. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any project that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

• A good-faith statement that the information provided is accurate.

Incomplete reports may require additional information before we can complete our review.

We will normally provide an initial response within one to two business days. Depending on the complexity of the matter and the information provided, further investigation may be required.
